The Process in 4 Simple Steps
Receive Your Beverage Plan: After your beverage menu has been finalized, we’ll email you a comprehensive materials list. This list includes your assigned two-week drop-off window and a unique link to schedule your specific appointment within that timeframe.
Purchase Your Products: You can either purchase your selection yourself for a personal drop-off or place an order for delivery from stores like BevMo, Total Wine & More, or Costco.
Schedule Your Appointment: Using the link we provide, you must book a specific appointment slot for your drop-off or delivery. Please ensure the date you select is within your assigned two-week window.
We Handle the Rest: Once we receive your products during your appointment, we verify the inventory, store everything safely, and ensure it's transported to your venue on your event day.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: You Must Adhere to Your Assigned Window & Appointment
To ensure proper handling ahead of your event, all deliveries and drop-offs are governed by two time constraints. Please review them carefully.
Your Two-Week Drop-Off Window: You must book your appointment on a date that falls within the two-week drop-off window provided in your materials list email. This window typically ends two days before your event date. Appointments booked outside of this valid timeframe will be automatically cancelled.
Your Specific Appointment Time: A scheduled appointment is required for all drop-offs and deliveries. Products received outside of your specific scheduled appointment time (either early or late) will incur additional handling and storage fees, starting at $20/day.

Place Your Order: When ordering from a service like BevMo or Instacart, ensure the delivery is scheduled to arrive during your booked appointment time.
Provide Instructions: Copy and paste the text below into the "delivery instructions" or "notes" field of your order.
"This is a delivery for A Twist of Lime. Please go to Building 650 (the one on the LEFT) and drive to the REAR of the building. A team member will meet you there."
Include Key Info: On your order, list the Host's full name and include our tracking email: handling@atwistofli.me.

Find Our Building: At your scheduled time, arrive at our address. We are in the building on the LEFT (Building 650).
Proceed to the Rear: Please drive your vehicle around to the REAR of the building where a team member will meet you.
Email Your Receipt: Please email a copy of your purchase invoice or receipt to your Event Manager or to handling@atwistofli.me.
