Typical Timeline

  • We want to make sure we deliver exactly what you desire at your next event! Start by filling out this form so we know precisely what you’re looking for.

  • Digitally sign an agreement detailing the services to be provided.

  • A nonrefundable 25% deposit and credit card information must be on file to reserve your event date and time.

  • We respond quickly! We understand that time is of the essence and we'll get back to you as soon as possible, typically within an hour.

  • 2 days before your event, we’ll confirm the event details as a friendly reminder that we’re on top of things.

  • Every event is covered under our general and liquor liability policy. Upon request, we can provide you with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with your name and address at no additional charge.

  • Payment for the balance is due 14 days before your event date.

  • Preparation for your event begins days before your event starts. From fresh garnishes to syrups, transportation, setup, and ensuring cold beverages, there’s a lot going on behind the scenes.

  • Our professional bartenders will be dressed professionally and arrive early to setup the bar area. We’ll provide all the bar equipment and tools necessary to ensure fast and professional service.

  • Throughout the course of service, our bartenders will keep the drinks flowing for the duration of your event. We don't stop serving early! We’ll also be sure to keep the bar and surrounding areas neat and tidy.

  • Last call will be given 15 minutes before the scheduled event end time so your guests know to head to the bar for one last drink. We close the bar promptly at the scheduled end time.

  • Before we depart, we’ll check with the host to make sure everything is in order. If there’s anything else they might need, we’re happy to help!
